Species: Fire Elemental: Fire Elementals are a very ancient race existing way before the rise of man making them one of the oldest races known to fiore but one of the most feared for there destructive habits. Because of these destructive habits they were hunted by the humans and nearly wiped to extinction this caused the surviving members to retreat from the world and hide from there fate of total annihilation at the hands of the humans. To describe a fire elemental is to think of a fire itself uncontrollable and destructive in nature most take on different forms and there flames different colors some are small while others are brutes of pure flame. In Viktors case he is a medium built elemental with a rare type of color of flame taking on a blue glow with gold trimming making him one of the last elders of his clan. Being in hiding most elementals that leave there sanctuary will take on a human form to avoid being attacked or hunted by the humans that wish to see them rid from the face of the earth. When extremely angered most elementals give off flames from there body in human form or even take on there true form causing destruction in there wake.
Species Ability/Perk:
-Elemental Form: Viktor can take on his original form of his Fire Elemental giving them different effects depending on the spell used such as a normal fireblast becoming a beam of concentrated fire. He can take on this form instantly but to take on his human form once more it would require a 3 post cooldown then another 3 osts to take on the elemental form again. While in his elemental form Viktor will take triple the damage from water based attacks.

Fire Elemental:

-Elemental's Resistance: Being a fire elemental Viktor has the innate resistance to his own element making him take 10% decreased fire damage at D-Rank, 15% at C-Rank, 20% at B-Rank, 25% at A-Rank, 30% at S-Rank, 40% at SS-Rank, and 50% at X-Rank. Then would take 10% increased damage from water attacks at D-Rank, 15% at C-Rank, 20% at B-Rank, 25% at A-Rank, 30% at S-Rank, 40% at SS-Rank, and 50% at X-Rank.
Special/Unique Characteristics: Ever so often Viktors eyes become blueish flames instead of the black color depending on his mood but only when he is usually angered

Character Depth:
Personality: Viktor is a very harsh, hot-headed young man, quick to speak out against something which troubles him. He holds his guild master in high regard, and is loyal to him, willing to fight powerful enemies for him. Viktor is a very merciless individual, crushing the head of a wounded mage crying for help under his foot. He is quite sarcastic, as evidenced when he tells groups of enemies that the group of them are a "good match" because his fire will turn them to ash. He has the utmost confidence in his flames, bragging about being able to fend off even a Slayers flames. Viktor takes great pride in his Mohawk, and is easily angered by others insulting it, going so far as to reducing an entire town to ash for messing up his hair.
Aside from his guild master, he has little compassion for his comrades. He will mercilessly kill members of his guild to fight a strong opponent, as he believes the right to steal some one's prey lies with the one who arrives last. He is, however, willing to protect his fellow Guild Members when necessary. Despite Viktor's steadfast loyalty to his guild master, he is not blindly faithful, and tends to act on his own volition whenever he feels he must. In combat Viktor can be quite ruthless showing no regard for his opponents weakness and for those around him who are caught in the flames. Now if one opponent was either too weak or didnt put up a good enough fight Viktor would finish them off without even showing any care or would leave them without even fighting not caring to fight those who he didnt deem strong enough to help him gain in strength. Other than that Viktor does have some vices in the human world one is to enjoy a good meal and sleep the day away while not in combat.
Viktor does show great pride as a Fire Elemental and wishes to tear those from limb to limb who hunt down his race for sport. His anger shows of these hunters in his features when the his human form is consumed in his blue and gold flames revealing his true form in rage to see them burn away as all who dare challenge the elementals.

Likes:
-Having a good nap: Other than a good fight Viktor enjoys a good nap here and there and prefers to be left alone
-A good fight: Viktor loves to fight and with this love comes times he will almost get himself killed because of his thrill seeking ways
-Fire: Being a Fire Elemental in human form Viktor naturally loves fire even going to the point of admiring the flames of things he has destroyed

Dislikes:
-Lazy people: Those who wish to do nothing with there lives annoy Viktor
-A boring Fight: he hates those who make the fight to easy fight or those who wish to run annoy Viktor to no end
-Those who touch/diss his hair: Viktor has a extreme temper to those who will touch or even talk bad about his hair causing him to go to extreme measures to deal with them

Fears:  
-Water:  Being a Fire Elemental he has a natural fear of water because of it he prefers to stay away from any source of water and usually runs in fear when he gets near any large body of water.
-Becoming weak: Viktor is quite fearful of becoming weak so he tries to gain as much strength as he can to avoid it.
-Seeing his race die out: The Fire Elementals are a vary scarce race who are hunted down for there destructive behaviors so Viktor is fearful in seeing them all be killed of and will do anything to stop his brethren from being hunted to extinction.

Motivations/Goals:
-To become strong: Viktor is a thrill seeker always getting into fights with others especially stronger opponents to increase his own skills and strength.
-To see his clan prosper: Viktor's race which has been long lost to the human world is something he wishes to see rise back to power once more as in the days of old.
-To watch the world burn: It is a primitive motivation but Viktor wishes to watch the world burn in his white flames so he has tendencies to set anything that displeases him aflame.

He has dark gray knee-long pants and black sandals, and on his left leg he wears what appears to be some sort of straw decoration, in a similar fashion to those of his race. His chest has his the races symbol tattooed on it

Cybernetic Body: Having most of his body replaced by cybernetics viktor has enhanced strength beyond normal standards allowing him to lift objects 10 times his weight and throw them with ease. Can you please lower the weight you can lift to say 5 times your weight, also put a duration on for how long he can do such and a cooldown to show there is a resting period. Otherwise, this could be abused way too easily.

Character Depth:
Personality:  Viktor is a very cold calculative being seeking knowledge over most other forms of worldly possessions. He rarely spoke, was slow to anger and could be ponderous and slow to act. When he did speak, his voice is said to have enraptured others through its melody and the wisdom it conveyed. However, as his demeanor darkened, his voice became chilling and could provoke thoughts of foreboding and feelings of angst. Other than that Viktor is a mysterious being usually keeping to himself and even doing missions by himself. Some wonder why he doesnt want to join others but his only response is that he doesnt wish to kill them as he has done with many others. Other than his cold demeanor Viktor is a inquisitive being he enjoys good literature always wanting to try something new and thoroughly enjoys the game chess wanting to challenge any in his spare time even likes to challenge Sun Wukong when he has the time. Viktor usually keeps to himself while not hunting down dark mages or on the hunt for knowledge. he is seen as a cold being not wishing to show any thought to others around him which can be seen by how he stares off into nothing or when reading a book as he ignores all around him. He even has the habit when social to ask many questions about the person as if he is gathering there data. Other than that mostly anything that is going on through his head is hard to discern by others because of how he has no face to tell what his expressions are.

-To gather as much knowledge about his past: Even though he knows of what he was he has no recollection of who he was and what role he played to become what he is now so Viktor has a goal to find out more about his past before trying to attempt to regain his original body

Viktor is a tall individual who wears a helmet which conceals its entire head and its single,  red glowing eye. At its front, the helmet has a peak at the center with slits on both sides. He wears a white, high collar cloak, under which it hides many extendable, tendril-like appendages and his massive 10 barreled mini gun which serves as his right arm. It has a broad upper torso and wears armor plating on its shoulders, upper back and torso, forearms, and hips. The armor also serves as a cover for its human body that hasnt been replaced by cybernetics.

I see two things going on here: bullets and increase in speed/strength. What exactly does this ability do. If you choose to go the stat route, you'll need to have to wait until the stat system is out in order to see how compatible this is. If you choose to go the bullet route, as much as much I'd like to yell out spell, I may let it pass if you tell me, the amount of them and fixed damage. I'd also would limit this to twice times per thread and it lasting one post.

1. Okay, I like this ability, but please specify the degree of the burns (first, second, third, fourth degree). Specify which spells, how many, at what rank the reset spells are, otherwise this can be abused very easily. Also, this needs a set duration and a cool-down of its own, which should be at least 4 posts, as it resets all cooldown on your spells.

This ability, it seems like it could be abused very easily, so in order to prevent that from happening give this ability a Duration (amount of posts he can continue onward after being severely injured) and a cool-down, as while he cannot feel pain, the injuries would catch up to him eventually. Cybernetic body or not, pain is pain, and even cyborgs feel is after a while.

Hi hi, I'm Selenia and I'll be grading your app today for its first approval ^~^

Overall, just wanted to say the app looks really cool. Just a few minor tweaks here and there with the format, but otherwise nothing major with how you structured it! I'll talk about the perks last, but again, I thought your really made this character your own :D

To get things started with the structure, since you didn't use the template, I'm going to have to ask you to add a few things in. I know you put his age, but you didn't add a birthday. Also, you forgot to state what allegiance your character is, and while I know this seems redundant, please clearly state your character's gender as well ^^

Now then, onto the perks~

Hell Hound Form: Viktor can convert to his original form whenever in combat and in doing so gain enhanced speed and immunity to fire based attacks but increased damage by water. While in this form Viktors spells take on a different form depending on which one is casted in this form. He looks like the pic below but instead of the orange it is white flames. Viktor can enter the form but can only revert back into human after a 3 post cooldown and has another 3 post cooldown if he wishes to enter the wold form again.

About the perk, it seems to have multiple parts. You're saying he gains enhanced speed, but you don't say how it is enhanced specifically. Is he one rank faster? For how long, and what is the cooldown? Second, you said he is immune to fire-based attacks, but not only would that need to be the perk in of itself, it wouldn't be allowed. You can take decreased damage from fire, but complete immunity isn't very fair I'd think. When you say his spells take different form, can you clarify? Does this have any affect on the combat itself? While I appreciate that he takes increased water damage in this form, you need to clarify how his attacks take on a different form. If it legitimately has no combat usage, then I think it might be okay. However, you still need to choose between enhanced speed or reduced damage from fire-based attacks; you can't have both, that would need to be two separate perks.

Hounds Senses: Viktor naturally has enhanced sense of smell, sight and hearing since his human form still keeps the senses of his wolf form. He can use these to his advantage over normal humans making him a deadly opponent.

This is like the previous one; it's multiple perks. You have to choose enhanced smell, sight, or hearing; you can't have all three in one perk. Also, this should probably have a relative duration and a cooldown if it's going to be used in combat as well as range, I would think.

Other than that, the rest of the form looks great. Please make these edits and then bump to let me know when it is fixed!

Edit: You can make mention of your magic in the app, just know you can't use that magic in PvP until it's approved ^^

Hey Victor, everything looks pretty good overall, just gonna need to work with you on your species perks a little ^~^

First off, I'm going to need you to add information about what a Fire Elemental is. Where do they come from, are there more of them, etc. As much information as you can give would be awesome

As to the perks, a few changes need to be made for balance.

So while you can talk about your magic in your app, perks relating to the increased strength of your magic can't go in your character app; they'd have to go in your magic app's perks. However, if you would like to retain the part about how they change effects by going into your Fire Elemental form, I believe that would be alright. Please give me more detail about how the effects would change and I'd love to review that.

Total immunity to an element is a bit overpowered, and you also aren't making it equal because you're only taking 2x from water based attacks in this perk. However, you can tie this into your elemental form (it would still need to be its own perk) so that whenever you're in your elemental form, you can take 10% decreased fire damage at D-Rank, 15% at C-Rank, 20% at B-Rank, 25% at A-Rank, 30% at S-Rank, 40% at SS-Rank, and 50% at X-Rank. The opposite would be true, so that you would take 10% increased damage from water attacks at D-Rank, 15% at C-Rank... and so on. Explosions would not be included in this, since that would make it fire + explosions vs water, which is unbalanced.
