Description of Weapon

This weapon is a double-edged long sword.  It uses curvaceous abstract forms in white and gray.  Its design is fairly simple. The blade of the sword is 31 inches long and weighs about 1.5lbs.  The shape of the guard can be described as short wings pointing backwards. Can you make the sword a bit heavier like 2.5-3 ;bs.? I just feel that 1.5 lbs is insanely light for a double edged long sword.

Abilities of the Weapon

Please add on Durations and Cool-downs for both of these abilities.
Invisible Air: A sheath made up of multiple layers of wind compressed into super-high pressure air with a massive amount of magical energy, which distorts the refraction of light and renders what is inside completely invisible. It takes on the shape of the blade and renders it as an invisible sword that doesn't appear even as sparks fly off of it. It also provides for an increased accuracy and defense against opponents unfamiliar with the nature of her weapon, as it is difficult for the opponents to parry lunges and thrusts from Kyoto. They cannot discern the length, width, reach, or trajectory of the blade, or even the fact that it is even a blade until they actually make contact with the weapon, which leaves them constantly on guard due to having to rely solely on Kyoto's movement to decipher his attacks. They are confused both offensively and defensively, only allowing them to approximate the movements of the strikes and keep outside of his range to avoid being easily struck down.

Speed Burst: It can also be used to accelerate his own body towards his opponent, allowing him to travel at +1 tier above his normal speed. By holding the sword in a backward wide stance, he releases the air and changes into a supersonic bullet that charges towards his opponent.

Weaknesses of the Weapon

While Oathkeeper has it's sheath on physical damage is reduced by 20% until the sheath has been removed. The only way the sheath can be removed is if Kyoto uses the Speed Burst, and the only way the sheath will return if the sword hasn't been used in 5 consecutive posts.

Speed Burst automatically removes the sheath from Oathbreaker when used and has a cooldown of 8 posts. This can only be used if the sheath currently covers the sword.

Backstory of The Weapon

Check the grammar in this description, there are a few spots where it is off point.
Oathbreaker was given to Kyoto when he was about 8 years old. He and his pet Kimba  had found themselves lost in a strange forest that was the home to the Air Elementals. The Elementals saw Kyoto and Kimba ass trespassers and sought to destroy them, but little did they know that the young boy and his support pet was more than they bargained for. Upon defeating almost all of the Air Elementals, their King challenged the boy and his lion. A long and ferocious battle between them had ensued. While fighting the King of the Air Elementals could read the boy's heart and found out that he wasn't there to harm them but was merely lost and ended up but at the end of a horrible assumption. The King apologized to the young boy and granted him his sword, Oathbreaker. The King of the Air Elementals imbued the sword with his own magic allowing Kyoto to take full advantage of the sword. Til this day Kyoto has made an Oath to never part with the sword.

Extra

When Kyoto upgrades the sword to A-Rank+ the damage reduction becomes 15% instead of the current 20% while the sheath is on the weapon.

Meant "straight" not "long" sword so the weight is fine (since I looked up actual weapons)

The cool downs are listed in the weakness section (The sheath remains constant until he uses Speed Burst, and will only be reapplied if the weapon hasn't been used in 5 consecutive posts)

Speed burst is only for that initial attack/charge and has an 8 post cooldown.

Since the sheathe makes the sword invisible, I can't let you keep it activated constantly, way too OP.

Edit: Any contact to the sword causes the sheath to be removed or if speed burst is used. Also increased duration before sheath covers the blade again.

I'm honestly going to have to deny this ability. While you do have some downfalls for it, the overall advantages, as well as the fact its next to impossible to properly evade or defend against, go beyond just out-weighing the downfalls.
