Stat Ranking

So, as you know, all D-Rank mages start at "Untrained" when it comes to their stats. As you rank up, you will be allowed to rank up your stats with you. The number per rank can be found in the Stat Rules.

Simple, right? Again, all D-Ranks start at Untrained, so it should be pretty simple the first time you do it.

I was given permisson by bacon to move this as it was not the list of stats the majortiry of the stars agreed on, the stats listed are missing Magic Affinnity, Magic Resistance and Speed, also the stats persion and agility is being put together and being replaced with Dexterity.

Archiving this due to stats no longer existing in this form, if anyone has any reason to move it back feel free ^^
