Another Day in the Ship (Open to BA)

Post by Hiroko on Wed Feb 03, 2016 3:37 pm

He opened a bottle of sake with his teeth and spat the bottle cap towards the nearest garbage can for him to then take a drink from it. Hiroko was bored and had nothing to do in his flying guild except for drinking. He thought of almost everyone else in the ship as someone weak and not worth it. He wasn't sure he knew every member of Black Airs, but he did certainly know many more than just a few. After a single swig and only a few seconds, his first sake bottle was completely empty but about 4 more were waiting for their consumption right in front of him. He was at the ship's bar and even if the ship was moving at quite high speeds, the bottles didn't even move and stood steady on top of the wooden table they were resting on. Before he took his second bottle, Hiroko took the first one with his right hand and started to create strong vibration with it, it didn't take too long before the vibrations got strong enough to break the glass in tiny microscopic fragments for them not to be a problem if someone stepped on them. He then took the second bottle and repeated his opening process to drink from it. It was usually hard for him to get drunk, so drinking that much wasn't a problem at all. The only problem there was his boredom, he really just wanted someone to spend some time with, someone more interesting than those weak and pitiful guild mates.

This was certainly not her first time aboard the massive flying vessel but the woman could not help but feel intrigued about it's mechanics every time she walked its halls. The world had advanced far beyond her years she spent in the underworld, and the demonic had no will against the jaw dropping beauty that Fiore had grown into.
As a child she grew up among war and bloodshed, humanity in constant fear of dragons or invading kingdoms and now the land was peaceful. Dragons were scarce if non existent and the countries were at terms.
To the woman, it was... disgusting.

Up until this moment, Ashura had spent most of her time outside, standing on the available deck and overlooking the colorful clouds; Most humans would get lightheaded but the Demon Touched did not feel the weaknesses that pitiful humans felt. However with an uprising storm the pale maiden found herself below deck, standing amongst the guild members in what could be called the 'Hall'. They had a bar in the corner as well as provided seating at tables and a few couches, over all a comfortable environment for what she called the ' Sky Pirates.'
The way that she looked at the Black Air's was that they should not take her joining lightly, in essence she enjoyed the intriguing mechanics that the guild displayed, and the wandering spirit of the flying marauders.

Crimson eyes flashed to rest on a red haired mage as glass had dissipated from his grasp. She was not astounded like the rest of the guild members, instead coming to a conclusion that it was cause from his magic; Yet the analytical woman found her body stepping closer to the man. He had more than one complete bottles of alcohol placed in front of him, yet he did not look like a drunk.
Before she knew it, the words had flown from her lips and was followed by a narrow gaze and a dreadful sneer. "You can hurt someone like that..." she said in reference to the shattered glass. Pieces not visible to the eye, but can still cause some amount of damage to an innocent bystander that just happened to get to close and breath in the air. " On second thought... Continue. It would be their fault anyways. "
Her voice was not high pitched, more at a relaxed feminine like tone as she turned her head slightly to look at the staring guild members. Ashura wore her normal attire, being her white spandex 'dress' with a pair of black undershorts and a matching white jacket that was made from the same thick material as her white boots. Her continuous white hair falling from her shoulders to rest at the small of her back as her stark red eyes continued to gaze into the souls of the people that could not help but stare at the apparition like woman.

Hiroko's attention was quickly caught by a nearby female. When he heard her first words, he took down is bottle and looked at her. He didn't make a single sound and just looked at her with an apathetic look. It didn't take long before she changed her intentions. Hiroko finally placed the bottle on the table only to grab another one from his table. He sighed and after looking at the seat in front of him decided to talk to the woman in front of him. "What you waiting for? Are you going to seat?" He said as he opened another bottle but with his finger instead of his mouth this time. His thumb pushed the bottle cap and through it to a nearby garbage before moving the bottle and offering it to his guest. "I'm Hiroko. What's your name?" He asked. He was almost sure that wasn't a familiar face so getting to know her was a good idea. Hiroko could also feel a stronger aura around her. He could feel everyone around him, but she was probably the strongest between all of them.

Hiroko smiled and kept drinking from his bottle. When he finished, he took it and destroyed it again with his right hand. It was simply the easiest and quickest way to get rid of the empty glass. "So, you new here in the ship? Or why hadn't I noticed such a beautiful woman?" He asked with a smile. His question was meant to see her reaction, he was curious about her, he had a good feeling about her. He thought she would be a important ally later on and maybe even a friend, but again he had to make sure.

A loud yawn escaped past lips, a figure appeared from within the near abysmal veil of darkness that had ensnared the corridor resting beyond the bar area. This corridor held the sleeping quarter's for the members of the guild. Their leaders quarters resting in the darkest depths at the end of the corridor. He was usually a very lively person, not someone would suspect to be the Captain of a crew of Sky Pirates.

    "Have we reached Crocus yet?"

Came the tired inquiry of a young man with a darkly tanned skin tone, a fine musculature, to boot. The youth had spiky, pale ivory silver hair and two golden orbs that could pierce the dark veil of night, iris bird-like slits. He was shirtless, only wearing a pair of mid-thigh length boxers, bandages wrapped around his forearms, dark red wristbands on both wrists. He had a majestic fiery azure aura flaring up around his body, temporarily taking on the shape of an azure phoenix before it became more focused.

The newcomer cracked a cheerful grin, his head tilting to a slight angle lids falling over eyes as he flashed his elongated canines. He let his bare left foot rise, rubbing it against his bare right foreleg. He seemed exhausted, which wasn't all that odd. He sleeps so much, and in the strangest of places and situations. He did this so off it had earned him the mock alias Legendary Sleep.

Lids lifted from over eyes, greeting the members of his guild with a tired smile he wore it the whole way towards the ivory haired woman and the red haired male. He sat down upon the main portion of the longest table, his right cheek pressed against his right fist as plopped backwards onto the wooden table. He stared up at the ceiling, deliberating as to what their next course of action would be.

The man gave a response that Ashura was solely not prepared for, and her eyebrows furrowed slightly as she studied him closer. At first he seemed nonchalant about her advancement, and she took it as something he had constantly received. If that was an act he performed often then it would call for the same reaction from many different individuals after all, But as her tone changed she found herself being called out. Was she going to sit? Well the thought had not crossed her mind. What business did she have with him? There was little about him that stood out to her other than the massive amount of alcohol he took in. Did he have the fortitude of a beast?
It seemed he genuinely wanted her company as he offered the woman some drink which she waved away with her hand. Ashura did not drink as she did not enjoy the taste of the bitter liquid and it did nothing for her. She could drink gallons of that vile fluid and not gain any kind of unbearable curse.

In this world devoid of color, here sat a man with bright ambitions, to sit here and hit on some woman that happened to find an issue with the way he handled his garbage.
Ashura sat across from the man and leaned forward, her elbows on the table as she turned her face. She did not plan on telling him her name, he had no reason to know, but as her eyes deduced the man's intentions she found her name escaping her lips in a soft tone, her heavy voice still enunciating it perfectly, " You can address me as Ashura. "
Her upper lips curled slightly as they were interrupted by a loud nuisance. A gaping mouth let a large yawn out as an obviously lazy individual emerged in his... underwear?Instantly her eyes flashed and her brows furrowed downwards to display her obvious disgust.

Ashura could not decipher what was worse. The fact that he had no regard for his appearance, or the fact that he thought he could sit next to her. Sure, he may have been the Guildmaster, but Ashura was not some peasant to be taken likely. Restraining the urge to blow up the ship and it's entire content the woman looked over to the newly introduced Hiroko, "New? Perhaps you mean new to the guild, if so then yes." Her red eyes softly gazed over the man as she felt the peculiar amount of power he possessed. It was easy to distinguish how capable everyone here compared to the three of them, with that she was quite disappointed in the ark of pillaging idiots.

When the woman rejected his offer, Hiroko quickly moved the bottle towards him instead and placed it back with the other ones. Moments after, a familiar body walked through the hall and into the bar to sit with both Hiroko and woman claiming to be called Ashura. When Hiroko's guild master sat next to him, he felt something he did recognize but yet could´t explain. He felt it each time he witnessed his guild master's pathetic state of sleepiness with someone new or an outsider of the guild. It was some sort of strange shame and anger. He just didn't understand how was someone so important so careless and childish at the same time. "Please excuse our Guild Master. As you may have already noticed, he has no sense of shame whatsoever and isn't very responsible either. Or am I wrong master Sora?" He said at his guild master. Even if he did find him lazy and even a bit stupid sometimes, he respected his power. He couldn't deny he was one of the strongest mages he knew, but again, he didn't show the aspect of such.

Hiroko anyway took the already opened drink he offered Ashura some moments before and offered to crow. "Wan't some? Just some sake." He said as he took his to drink from it. He quickly drank it all and crushed it with his hand just as he did with the last one. The broken glass was completely destroyed and reduced to a size which would cause no harm and would've probably already be blown away by the weak wind currents inside the ship. "So, what brings you around here?" Asked Hiroko to the only female around his table.

Sora yawned loudly, lids falling shut over golden orbs as he focused on following the near invisible trail left by the dull wind current flowing through the guild's mess hall. The ivory haired youth sat up, pushing off of the table he turned to face Hiroko and Ashura, a cheerful grin playing upon facial features as he let his hands meet, fingers interlocking behind his head as lids went on the rise. He couldn't help but to feel excited, he had never been to Crocus before, so he hoped they would encounter someone strong he could convince to join the crew. He knew that as a rising Sky Pirate, he needed to gain more crew mates. Especially, if he truly wanted to become the Sky King. He nodded his head to the affirmative at Hiroko's question, his golden gaze settled upon the sky beyond the mess halls thresholds.

"I heard that Crocus has a coliseum. Hiroko, let's do it there, your S-Class Trial."

Sora spoke out, snatching the bottle of sake off of the table he gulped as he sniffed it, the aroma alone making him feel intoxicated. He snickered cheerfully, holding up the bottle, he did a mental count of three, tapping the base of the bottle upon the wooden table for good luck. He then let the neck of the bottle rise till in reached his lips, he tilted his head back, and gulped down the foul tasting liquid with haste. He released a hot breath, it was almost surprising it hadn't burst into flames upon the exhale granted by The Phoenix lungs.

"I want to find a swordsmen next. I wonder if we will find one on our way out of Fiore. I want to go to Desierto soon."

Sora stated, his arms stretching overhead as he turned on his bare heels. He let his right arm rise, scratching at his toned muscular chest as he let loose a light yawn. He rubbed his eyes with his left hand, then scratched the back of his ivory locks and made his way toward the corridor he had appeared from. He peered over his shoulder, golden orbs falling upon Hiroko and Ashura for a brief moment. Lips would part to let words escape as he returned to walking into the dimly-lit darkness of the corridor.

"I'm going to go get dressed. We should be ready to land in Crocus by the time I get back."

The last few words being spoken, Sora disappeared into the corridor and headed toward his quarters. He let his bare left foot scratch at his right foreleg as he walked through the passage. Most would be blind in the darkness, but he saw it all, every little detail as if the corridor were flooded by light. He sighed, right leg rolling forward he kicked in the door to his living quarters.

Krow walked over to a dresser, pulling forth a pair of black shorts, white fuzz trimming the bottoms of the legs. He pulled them on, then opened another drawer and withdrew a sleeveless blue jumper, he pulled it on and let the hood rise onto his head, hiding ivory locks. He yawned then slipped on his plain sandals, turning to leave his quarters once he had wrapped a blue scarf around his neck, hiding the lower reaches of his face. He couldn't be too careful, while he wasn't wanted in Fiore, he was wanted in other countries on various charges.
