As for the Etherious Form, I hope you don't mind but since I've had a while to look around the site I took a look at other peoples' approved forms and saw some things that seem to disagree with what you say here.

First, there is the demonic perk in this app which gives him the Demonic form and a power in his resistance to fire. This app allowed the character to have multiple aspects to their perk as long as the aspects were not used at the same time. My perk falls in line with both of these, I believe, since the cooldown is one post longer than the spell as per the rules and she can only use one of the aspects it gives her until the spell is off cooldown. Otherwise, Etherious Form does nothing for her; in that way, it is the same as the demonic perk in the first app I linked you.

As for the Undying Essence perk, I decided to follow the perk from the first app you listed.

Being Ageless doesn't do anything, so I don't see how it is a perk?

Zeref is part of my character's history. Other people have their own character histories. I don't see what the dilemma is here. After all, other characters have people in their backstories. Since the site is non-canon, Zeref is just for her really, unless someone else would like to create a backstory with him, which would be fine with me as long as nothing conflicts really. I'd be creating an NPC if possible, but otherwise he would be just like any other character from someone's backstory.

Magic Description
Dragon Inheritance: Ice Make is essentially Ice Make that is boosted through a half dragons dragon ancestry so long as it is that of an ice dragon and their human ancestry has a hereditary affiliation with Ice Make. This type of magic, Dragon Inheritance, isn’t just limited to Ice or even Maker (Mold) magic either, but rather race and ancestry. To Use Dragon Inheritance you have to be a half dragon and your human heritage has to have a hereditary affinity for a magic(s) of the same element of you draconic heritage.

Perks of Magic
Dragon Avatar: Velistra is surrounded by the spirit of her father, a long dead dragon of immense size, and granted a temporary boost in power. While the spirit does nothing else directly it does have an intimidation factor as it grows in completeness and size as Velistra gets stronger. Only when/if she reaches SS rank, or the maximum possible rank to achieve on site, will his full form be represented in the spirit avatar around her. The boost of power Perk #1: makes her spells, when cast while it is up, be effectively 1 rank higher than they are or Perk #2: raises all her stats by one tier rank chosen upon ability activation and is unchangeable until the next use in another thread.

At most Velistra can use the dragon avatar perk once per thread for up to a maximum of 4, consecutive (back to back), posts per thread. When used in a single post it will cause Velistra’s body to be 25% paralyzed for 2 posts, if used in two posts her body will be 50% paralyzed for 3 posts, if used in three posts her body will be 75% paralyzed for 4 posts, and if used in all four posts her body will be 100% paralyzed for 5 posts. The ability can only be used once per thread, and damage can not increase beyond SS rank making this ability only useful on spells of S rank and below. Paralyzes will be described via rp when appropriate.

Cold Immunity: Working so closely with ice and having genes from an ice dragon and a bloodline of ice make mages all correlate to Velistra being immune to most any naturally occurring cold environments and conditions. The exceptions to this are the extreme cold polar weather and any source of magical coldness which has a source stronger than her current rank. Also while the cold of another ice mage may not affect her an ice sword to the heart is still going to do quite a bit of damage.

Hello everyone!

I've felt the need to create a 2nd Check In in order to see who is here and who is not. Keep in mind that this thread is mostly for those that hold positions within the site although members who don't hold positions are welcome to write in it.

You will be given a timespan of a week, until January 4th, to reply to this thread. If you do not do so, any and all positions held will be taken and or deleted. This includes guild master, rank, slayer, staff, and keys positions.

Also keep in mind that if you have applied for S rank, you are an A rank until after the trial. If a Guild Master has not issued you a trial within the 2 weeks of obtaining the pass for a trial, please contact me asap.

Lastly, although this one does not require a thread to keep your spot, the next 3rd Check In will. This is to ensure you do more than simply 'logging on' and doing nothing. The details of the 3rd Check In will be kept under wraps for now, but keep yourself busy by logging into the chatbox often and starting socials at the various locations this site has to offer.

Mermaid Form - As a mermaid who has lived most of her life on land, she usually is in her human form. However, Diane has a mermaid form in which she has a shining white-scaled tailed. In this form she is able to breathe underwater indefinitely and swim at 30 mph. She can only change forms once per post, and lightning spells will deal 50% more damage to her while she's in this form in the water. Diane is actually a mermaid from the far northern oceans, but she somehow ended up in the northeastern mountain range of Fiore. As a mermaid, her lower body is basically similar to a fishes's tail, with the same type of scales and such. However, obviously, Diane's tail is much larger and functions more like a dolphin's tail than a fishes's. The upper part of her body is basically the same in mermaid form; she retains all the human aspects that she would normally have. In any case, the origins of mermaids likely date back to the time of dragons, who, generally (excepting the Water Dragon) ruled the sky and land while they ruled the sea. They are magical creatures who are also magically adept, just like humans or dragons, but most of their magic tends to be water-related.

Siren Song - Diane is able to sing her siren song at any time given she is able to. Her siren song can immobilize enemies who hear the sound of her beautiful voice for four posts in a 30 meter diameter around her. It has a cooldown of six posts and the range increases according to the AOE range (D Rank: 5 meters, C Rank: 15 meters, B Rank: 25 meters, A Rank: 35 meters, S Rank: 45 meters, SS Rank: 55 meters, X Rank: 75 meters) at Diane's current rank. Also, the amount of posts the immobilization lasts for is based on Diane's rank, capping at 4 posts when she has reached A-Rank (3 posts at B-Rank, 2 posts at C-Rank, 1 post at D-Rank). The downside is that, along with its extended cooldown, it is able to be escaped. One must simply cause themselves damage of the rank of the ability or higher during one of the interludes (the first interlude being after the fourth line, before the #2). This, of course, is only the case once the spell is A-Rank; when it is B-Rank, the spell only immobilizes for 3 posts, so fourth section (#4) of the song is not included; at C-Rank, the third (#3) and fourth (#4) section are not included, and at D-Rank only the first section is included (#1). The pain will jolt them from the immobilization that the siren's song holds over its victims, allowing them to freely ignore the rest of the immobilization.

Character Depth
Personality: Outside of Battle: Diane is a reserved but calm and collected person when it comes down to it. She's a bit of an aloof person, preferring to spend time alone, but she will take the time to talk with someone if she sees that they need company or are going through some sort of distressing problems. She's very mysterious and severe, seemingly unapproachable at times, but surprisingly has a great sense of humor and loves jokes. Still, most people see her as a cold and hard woman who is just as strong as the rest of them, which she enjoys quite a bit. She's not judgmental of others, instead hoping that they will be able to choose and follow their own path from what they've experienced. Still, when she sees someone struggling, she will do her best to console them and give them advice that she herself would like to have received if she were ever in that person's shoes. Although she's not very forthcoming, she makes for a great confidant and is able to work things out in the best way that she can. In the end, all she hopes to be able to do is improve the lives of others around her and hope that they'll be able to help her in return.

Inside of Battle: Diane's seriousness and severity becomes sharp and clear, much more so than it usually is. In fact, it's quite scary how lethal and deadly she can become when she is fighting to protect those who she has ties to or who she has a duty to help. However, she will only ever resort to taking a life if there is no other option, unless she believes that the enemy will not give her another chance and is planning to kill those who she has to protect, in which case she will do everything in her power to destroy them without restraint. Her concentration and strength is not easily broken once she becomes focus, and it's obvious that if you try to make her mad in battle, you are only ending up screwing yourself over.

Likes:
- The Moon: As the Chosen of the Moon, Diane practically embodies the lunar body. For this reason, her favorite hour to be up is at night.
- The Sea: As a mermaid, she as an affinity for the ocean, and enjoys spending time in her mermaid body when she gets the chance.
- Sleeping in late: She goes to bed once the moon has finally set, and doesn't wake until late in the afternoon unless she needs to.

Dislikes:
- Men: Diane has a deep-set dislike for men, which will impede most friendships with other guild masters until they decide to warm up to her. She's not a mean person, just intimidating, and she has some presuppositions, but is generally open to discussion.
- Fire: A representation of the sun, fire is abhorred by her as something of evil.
- Rules: She usually finds them to be bothersome and is often one to find loopholes and ways to get out of certain situations.

Fears:
- Falling into Darkness: Sometimes, she feels herself being pulled more and more towards evil, and she doesn't understand why. She likes to consider herself Neutral but still with good intentions, but sometimes her actions don't reflect this.
- Her own Anger: She can let her wrath get the best of her at times, showing an ugly, scary side of her that is very hard to control.
- Dark Guilds: She knows that evil in the world is steadily growing stronger, and she's worried that they have plans that will bring death and destruction.

Motivations/Goals:
- Empowering Women: She is a big supporter of women in power not only in guilds but in the government of Fiore and throughout the land.
- Justice: If there's one thing she hates more than anything else, it's cruelty. She is driven to bring an end to human suffering in this world, wherever it may exist.
- Truth: One of her constant fascinations was trying to learn more about the One Magic, which has always eluded her. Still, she continues to search for more and more information about the origin of all magic.
