Auto Rank Guidelines and Requirements

Auto Ranks:
An Auto Rank is when a higher rank is rewarded to players for OOC Reasons. As of now there are open rank slots for each guild and members are allowed to apply for ranks higher then D. Each guild has their limited spaces for each rank to start and players must write an rp sample, (whether it is for this character or one they have already written) to show their skill for rp. This will help determine the players ability to handle certain responsibilities to their rank and prove they do not need to start off as a beginner in order to build their rp skills.

Applying:
To Apply for an open rank players must submit a rp sample of a certain requirement and will be judged by the staff. S Rank will have extra requirements set by the guilds gm.

D Rank: Starting Rank, no need to Apply.
C Rank: A rp sample of 450 words or more is required.
B Rank: A rp sample of 700 words or more is required.
A Rank: A rp sample of 950 words or more is required.
S Rank: A rp sample of 1200 words or more is required.
SS Rank: A rp sample of 3000 words or more is required.

These applications are not just a given. Your samples will be read and judged by the staff and the gm depending on what you are applying for. If your sample is just a punch of words thrown together then you will not be given the rank. Make sure your samples are well written and thought out.


The avalible auto ranks which will be given to each already existing guild are as follows:

Guild Master: This position can only be occupied by one person at a time, if you are the original guild master you will receive the rank of SS.

Guild Ace: Traditionally this is the strongest mage in the guild aside from the guild master himself however things change, Guild Ace's serve more as the secretary to the Guild Master and are selected specifically by the Guild Master, strength holds no matter in being a Guild Ace.

S rank: This position will only be given out to one person per guild.

A rank: This position can be given out to a total of 2 people per guild.

B rank: This position can be given out to a total of 3 people per guild.

C rank: This position can be given out to a total of 4 people per guild.

D rank: This position might as well be considered an unlimited slot, guild my have as many D ranks as they wish as this is the base starting point.


S rank: Purchased guilds receive no free S rank slots.

A rank: This position can be given out to a total of 1 people per guild.

B rank: This position can be given out to a total of 2 people per guild.

C rank: This position can be given out to a total of 3 people per guild.

D rank: This position might as well be considered an unlimited slot, guild my have as many D ranks as they wish as this is the base starting point.

Stipulations: As of now you can Only have one character per player receive a free auto rank. When the site is in full launch this may be subject to change depending on the circumstance/player.

If a player is given an auto rank and they before their exp is the required amount for the given rank, they will be bumped down to the rank they have enough exp to be. If something happens and a player is asked to leave the guild than the rank will be determined by staff on a situation basis.

SS Rank: A role playing of 3, 000 words is required. [This is only available if there is no current GM occupying the spot. This will be maintained open for multiple applications.]
S Rank: A role playing sample of 1, 200 words is required as well as an In-Character trial hosted by the Guild Master. [This will be maintained open until the trial is completed.]
A Rank: A role playing sample of 950 words is required for this application. There are no other requirements made for this rank.
B Rank: A role playing sample of 700 words is required for this application. There are no other requirements made for this rank. [This is the minimum rank needed to be able to apply for a Guild Ace position]
C Rank: A role playing sample of 450 words is required for this application. There are no other requirements made for this rank.
D Rank: This spot is the default spot. If you do not apply for a Rank position, you will automatically be made a D rank.
