((This is a topic Ean and I are doing, but keep in mind, it's in Mizuko's home. If you join, have a reason for being at her house xD ))

Usually, Mizuko liked the sunlight. It was warm, and generally sunlit places were nice to relax in. In the mornings, however, she wished she could turn off the sun. Bright light streamed in through the doors to her little balcony, striking right on her face and causing her eyes to scrunch together, as if it would block out the light. Letting out a groan, she turned over, attempting to escape the piercing rays, only for her face to hit something warm instead. What? She thought, laying still a moment while her tired brain attempted to process why her pillow was warm. It took her a few moments, but eventually she realized that it, whatever it was, wasn't a pillow at all. Frowning, the young mage slowly opened her eyes, pupils thinning out as they were introduced to light. The first thing she saw was white. Her arms came up, pushing underneath her and lifting a bit so that she sat sideways, leaning on one hand.

A shock of dark hair, and a white t-shirt greeted her. Someone's in my... BED? Eyes snapping wide, a high-pitched scream escaped her mouth, and she fell backwards, scrambling out of the covers as quickly as she could and flopping onto the hard wooden floor. Scrambling to her feet, Mizuko stumbled across the room, stopping at the other side and grabbing up the closest thing, which happened to be her belt, left draped over her chair from when she changed the night before. She held it in her hands as if it were a knife, and straightened up, glaring at the intruder angrily.

"Wait... EAN?" she said, recognizing the face smashed against her pillow. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY BED?"

Ean quietly slept in the rather comfy bed that was typically in the use of his ‘guildmaster’. Although it wasn’t the term he used typically. He preferred to refer to her as less than stellar boobage or not as sexy as his previous ‘guildmaster’, Kitten. Unfortunately his comfort was ruined when his supposed gm rolled over on top of him. Why was he in this bed? Was it a night of debauchery between the rebellious deviant and a lovely yet not so voluptuous princess? That would be incorrect. This was just a rebellious deviant being a rebellious deviant. Nothing more, nothing less.

Suddenly Ean heard a girl’s screaming. Ean let out an unhappy groan typical of those being woken up at a time they did not want to be woken up. Naturally, he was displeased with being awoken to shouting right in his face. His face was loaded with displeasure as it wrinkled every inch of skin on his face. “I’m sleeping, Ean retorted his guildmaster as he rolled over on his back. “Now if you don’t mind I’d like to get back to that.” Ean finished his statement by throwing the sheets over his head to go back to sleep, clearly still pissed about being woken up for such an obviously stupid question. What did she think he was doing? Having a high class dinner with a gorilla while circle jerking with a toad?

Mizuko wasn't quite sure what she'd expected. Ean had always been irritating, and she'd always been unable to simply let him go. He might just go back to the dark guilds. So, when he simply acted as if it were all her fault, and then went back to sleep, she was both angry and unsurprised. "Ean..." she growled, her hands whipping down to her sides. She knew she probably only looked ridiculous, dressed in an overly-large t-shirt and shorts, her necklace flopping around her neck, rather than attatched to her stomach, but either way, she wasn't happy. This guy is more trouble than he's worth.

Throwing the belt down, Mizuko stomped over to her bed, leaning forward and grabbing the edge of the blanket before yanking hard, putting one foot on the edge of the bed and pulling until it came free. Suddenly off balance, Mizuko stumbled backwards, then fell down, a little grunt escaping her. "Ean! This isn't your house! Go sleep somewhere else!" She threw the blanket on the bed, and turned, stomping into the bathroom and grabbing the cup she usually kept there to have a drink whenever she needed during the night. Frowning, she filled it up a bit more, ignoring the messy hair that fell over her face, rumbled from sleep. Turning, she walked right back in to her room, stopping by Ean and holding the cup threateningly. "Get up. Or I'll leave you no choice."

Ean groaned again as the sheet was thrown from the bed. Slowly but surely the rapscallion lifted himself into an upright position on the massive bed. Dreary eyed, messy hair, wearing the same clothes he always has since he has yet to make any money to buy new clothes after deserting Animus Sin. They had his wardrobe. Kitten probably burned it by now. All that was left was a pair of boots, a pair of pants, and shirt, his signature long coat, a pair of socks, and a pair of underwear that quite frankly needed to be washed soon.

Ean’s gaze turned to see Mizu next to the bed, making some pose with a cup that mothers tend to make or irritating girlfriends who are getting pissy for some unknown reason. “Give me a room in the guildhall then. It’s not like you need this much bed space for your tiny body,” the devilish man retorted back at his apparent superior. It was always annoying how she could act so haughty. She had the body of a child yet acted like she was the queen of Fiore sometimes.

Ean heard a rough buzzing sound as a black lump flapped ruggedly over his head only to fall on Mizuko’s face. Ean stood there with a pretty blank face. He was still really tired and wanted to fall back asleep as shown by the bags over his eyes. Finally Ean had processed what had happened after a few quick seconds and pointed a Mizu. Cockroach.”

If there was one thing Mizuko hated more than people calling her weak, it was probably people that called her short. But when Ean said it, it somehow became 15 times more irritating. "I am NOT that short!" she snapped, throwing her free hand down and stopping a bare foot. "And the guildhall isn't a hotel! Why can't you just get an apartment?" She didn't understand why he felt the need to irritate her. Sure, he was stuck here, but that was his fault for being stupid enough to pick a fight. Or be in a dark guild in the first place, for that matter.

She didn't see the bug at first so much as hear it, and then suddenly legs and a scratchy were on her face. Sure, she hated snaoles the most, but coakroaches were just digusting. She stood in shock a moment, before Ean's proclamation of the creature sent her into action. Letting out a piercing squeal worthy of a horror movie, Mizuko dropped the cup, the glass shattering against the floor. She pawed wildly at her face, bouncing from foot to foot. When she felt it fly off, she immediately threw up her hands. She didn't so much actively choose a spell, more so she simply thought 'away'. Water erupted around them, sweeping all around the room and then out od the window in a rushing torrent, a bonafied whirlpool, with Mizuko standing at the center, holding her hands up and closing her eyes tightly. Eventually, however, the torrent ceased, and her hands fell to the ground, eyes opening and looking around the room curiously. Water dripped from everything, including her, but she seemed unaffected by this. "Is it gone?"

As Selenia walked towards the door of Mizuko's home in order to ask her something important, she heard the scream and saw the water pouring out from underneath the door. That definitely wasn't a good sign, because that meant Mizuko was probably in trouble if she was using magic like that.

Walking closer to the door, Selenia listened for a second before knocking on the door and shouting, "Is everything all right in there, Mizuko?

She waited for a reply, and if she wasn't given one in a few moments, she'd have to summon a Celestial Spirit in order to bust the door down, whatever was necessary. Her nerves were on edge; what kind of reason would have forced Mizuko to use magic like that?

Then, out of nowhere, a small bug crawled out from under the door frame as well. Was it... was it a cockroach?! Jumping back, Selenia let the little bug head away from her. It was too disgusting to even think about squashing, but it did give her some ideas about why Mizuko would be using magic now. Had this little bug been the cause of all the panic? It certainly seemed like it, but in any case Selenia still needed to talk to Mizuko about the guild's job request board. There was a certain request Selenia had wanted to speak to her about, the details of which had been very interesting.

Ean felt the surge of water as he got flushed into Mizuko’s whirlpool. Ean’s skin started to turn black and into the Iron that slays the immortals around his arms and hands, turning them into claws to try and add extra weight to himself. Additionally, Ean dug those claws into the floor to try and hold himself steady. Unfortunately there was too much water in the turbulence as the entire room was filled with spiraling aqua. At first Ean held his ground firmly and was able to hold on. Then a weakness came over him, his face turned red, then purple, then blue. Was he changing the rest of his body into iron? No, he couldn’t breathe underwater. Eventually the lack of air caused Sableheart to gasp and lose his grip, as water flooded his lungs. Was this the end?

It was not the end fortunately; or unfortunately depending on how you look at it. It was fortunate for Ean but unfortunate for the rest of existence. Ean was pushed through the window as the entire room was filled with water and was flushed out of the room like poop is flushed down a toilet.

From the second story of the building Ean fell face first into the ground before all the water in the room streamed out and onto him, drenching him. Ean pushed his head off the ground with a rather displeased look on his face, seething with irritation that distorted and wrinkled the skin. His sharp teeth were gritted, he caught his breath to collect himself. “That damn loli,” Ean muttered to himself maliciously as he finally got himself to his feet. He really wanted to kill something now as a cockroach scurried passed his feet, well it tried to, but felt the weight of a metal leg stamp down onto it, snuffing the life out of the grotesque insect.

It took her a few moments to realize that Ean was gone. She'd even checked under the bed, but he just wasn't there for some reason. A frown of confusion came to her face, and she stood back up from her crouched position by the bed, brushing her wet hair from her face. "Ean?" she asked, looking around the room. No reply came as her eyes scanned her room, eventually falling upon the open window. A gasp escaped her, the spirit's eyes widening. Her hand flew up, clapping over her mouth, and she ran over to the window, leaning out. A dark shape was huddled on the ground below. Quickly, she pulled back in, and backed up a step, putting a finger out and pushing the window closed slowly, waiting for the click telling her that the latch had caught.

She turned to the bed, meaning to begin siphoning the water off of it, until Sele's voice hit her ears. Mizuko straightened up, looking towards her bedroom door curiously. What was Selenia doing here? Had something happened at the guild? Was somebody hurt? Did a dark guild come knocking again?

Suddenly worried, Mizuko flung open the door and ran to the stairs, pattering down them easily, skilled from years of running on river walks. She'd never slip on something as simple as water. So she made it to the bottom just fine, running over to the door and pulling it open. "Yeah," she said, pushing the hair that had fallen over her face away once more. She probably looked a mess, but she didn't care all that much. She had water to remove, and even though it wouldn't take her long, it was still something that needed to be done quickly before it caused irreparable damage. She knew she probably shouldn't have overreacted like that, but she hadn't really meant to, either. "Is something wrong at the guild?" she asked, automatically jumping to what kept her mind the most. She'd rather not have to run down there in her night clothes to battle or anything. Sure, she could switch forms, but her water form wasn't quite as easy to run in as the human one. It was made for water, after all. Letting the door stay open so that Sele may step inside if she wanted, Mizuko leaned down, using a bit of her magic to lift up the water that had dripped down from the first floor, forming it into a ball and bringing it over to the door, scooting past Sele to let it drop onto the sidewalk with a splash.

Having heard a thump to the side of the house, Selenia was about to check when Mizuko opened the door, draining the rest of the water out of the house. Taking a deep breath, Selenia decided to ask about what was going on before asking about the job request board.

"What's going on, Mizuko? I heard something coming from over there, and there's all this water everywhere..." Selenia asked, still worried even after Mizuko had said everything was okay.

"Anyways, the reason I'm here is because there was a job on the request board that really looks like it should be S-Rank; I think it might've been misplaced, so I wanted to talk to you about it. It mentions something about demons in the description," she added, not needing to say anything more. After losing her whole team to a single demon, she wasn't going to let anyone ever have to suffer the way she did again.

"If I need to take it, I will, but I don't want anyone else going on it. If anyone wants to go with me, I want them to be prepared. I know this might just end up being nothing, but I won't take that risk."

Selenia wondered if she really could take on such a job, even after the time that had passed. Was she strong enough to take down a demon? She doubted it, but she wasn't going to let anyone else get hurt just because she was too weak. Selenia hoped that Mizuko might offer to accompany her on the job, and even if it did turn out to be nothing, it would be nice to fight together. However, that was assuming the demon wasn't like the one she had lost her team to. If it was, then she'd be worried if even Mizuko and her were a match for it.

Ean appeared out of nowhere. Well, his foot appeared out of nowhere. His boot slammed into the wall near the door leaving a craterous crack in the stone. An irritated, teeth gritting, scowl on his face. “Mizukooo,” the name of his jail warden seethed over his tongue.

Ean lifted his foot off the wall of the building. Something fell out of the crater. A small, yet large, blackish brown blob, its corpse falling to the ground. The perpetrator of his suffering was destroyed. His revenge was complete. Nobody messed with Sableheart and lived to speak of the tale. “I killed the cockroach,” Ean declared bluntly with a now straight face. Ean looked over to notice a blonde haired woman at the door. “Oh, closet sadist,” Ean referred to the woman before letting his attention return to mizuko.

“Don’t you know the only that kills cockroaches are shoes?” Ean scolded his guildmaster, gently knocking her head with his two of his knuckles. Bapping her, if you will. “I can’t believe you don’t know something so simple tadpole,” Ean continued to scold and make subtle jabs at his guild master, as stated earlier, NOBODY messed with sableheart and lived to speak of the tale. Even if we were being metaphorical in this particular circumstance. “Anyway I killed your greatest enemy now give me a room in the guildhall,” Ean went right back to the entire reason he snuck into her house, jumped into mizuko’s bed while she slept, and gave her mind a rollercoaster ride trying to figure out how he got into her house in the first place and how much she drank last night and what Ean may or may not have done to her. Obviously, Ean didn’t do anything to her. Ean ate salmon but he didn’t eat salmon, if you understand what this means.

A frown took over Mizuko's face as Selenia asked what was wrong, and she paused in her action of taking another ball of water to the door, glancing over at her. "Ean happened," she growled, tossing the water out of the door and turning quickly, making to go get another one as she listened to Selena's story about the job. That had been an ugly part of the past that Mizuko preferred not to remember, but she understood the worry about the demon. In a minute, she'd go back with her and take a look at the job. At least, that had been her plan, until a boot slammed through the wall next to the door, causing her to jump slightly in surprise. It took her a moment, but she recognized the boot. Clenching her hands into fists, her teeth gritted together, saying nothing as the guild's somewhat prisoner strolled inside, giving him the most venomous look she could manage. She dropped it a second later, however, realizing the best way to deal with him was probably to ignore it. So she simply watched as he came over, her mouth only twitching downward slightly as he knocked at her head. She allowed herself a small smile at his insistence on a room. Leaning back on her heels, she crossed her arms, smiling deviously. "Fix the wall you just put a foot through, and I'd be glad to," dismissing him then with a turn of her head, she glanced back over at Selenia.

"I'll head over to the guild hall once I'm done here and check it out," she replied. Turning, she headed over to a nearby table, plucking up a spare hair tie and pulling her hair into a pony tail, ignoring the bangs when the fell out to frame her face, as always. "Maybe my wall will be done by then as well, so I can set up a room while I'm there." Dropping her hands to her sides, she sighed, and went farther towards the stairs, gathering water into a ball again. "I'll have to change after I finish this, though. Maybe expect me in an hour or so? If the job is bad enough, I'll go with you. We could drag Ean along too. Right, Ean?" she asked, glancing over at him as she walked back to the door, this time walking a bit to dump the water on the flower pot next to her neighbor's door.

Seeing as how Ean was here, Selenia decided not to leave Mizuko alone with him. Could it be... no, that would never happen, right?

"I hope you don't mind if I stick around. It's not that I don't trust Ean, but... yeah, no, I just don't trust Ean. Speaking of, why is he here, at your house, falling out of the window? He didn't do anything, did he?" Selenia asked, looking at Mizuko. She didn't trust Ean any farther than she could throw him, so she wasn't going to leave him alone with Mizuko if she could help it, especially not at her house. As to why he was here in the first place, well, she'd asked, but she honestly didn't really want to know. If something like that was going on between the two of them, she'd truthfully rather not have any knowledge about it whatsoever. Selenia did not need to be mentally scarred with that image in her mind for the rest of her life.

"Since I'll be here for a while, might as well do this. "Open, Gate of the Canis Minor, Nikora!" Selenia said, grabbing his key in order to open the gate. Taking a second in her hand, she opened another as well, saying, "Open, Gate of the Chameleon, Pascal!"

The little white Celestial Spirit known as Plue stood beside Selenia, shivering as he usually did, although it wasn't out of cold, that she knew. Pascal, on the other hand, rested on her shoulder, the cute green chameleon Spirit weighing almost nothing but being a fun companion to have around. Although neither of the Celestial Spirits could speak, it was always a pleasure to have them around. They were her constant companions and went with her practically everywhere. In fact, she took them with her on almost all of her missions to keep her company. Due to the fact that they barely took up any magic power whatsoever when being summoned, they were great to have around to keep Selenia from feeling lonely. It was also nice to have other Celestial Spirits keep her company; she'd summon Lyra to sing or play her harp every few days as well as to talk with the Celestial Spirit and see how things were going, and Crux as well whenever she had questions about the Celestial Spirit magic or anything related to it, summoning Pyxis not only due to the Spirit's relative usefulness but also his quirks. More recently, she'd been trying to get to know Corona Australis better, but it was proving to be a challenge to form a casual relationship with a Celestial Spirit as regal and formal as she was. Still, Selenia wasn't going to give up, and so she summoned her more and more often to talk to the Celestial Spirit. She also summoned her combat spirits, although less frequently, but still rather regularly in order to keep up with them. However, they weren't usually the talkative types, other than a few here and there along with the Zodiac Spirits, who had personalities all of their own.
