Magic Description

Heavenly or 'Divine' Chi is known as the energy bestowed upon higher beings, those of the Heavenly Realm have this by nature though there are others, not from the Heavenly Realm that have this power as well due to it being bestowed upon them by the Gods. This power is often referred to as 'Spirit energy', 'Fighting power' and most commonly, 'Chi'. Developing ones Chi has great importance for those with higher versions of chi because no matter what you are, the body holds its own limits though they can be surpassed by increasing ones chi. When Wu gather chi, he is able to gain enhanced strength, speed, endurance, and can increase the power of their attacks to inflict greater damage to opponents as well as create many different non-elemental effects by infusing his chi into something or wrapping it another something other than himself. Heavenly Chi users can bathe themselves in their own aura by producing a large amount of it and retaining it around their body which will increase their battle capabilities, this state is known as 'Enlightenment'. This magic is mostly comprised of spells which aid in the use of the Monkey Kings many different fighting styles as well as his mastery in acupuncture or abilities native to the Monkey King such as creating clones of himself via strands of his hair, allowing him to preform moves and cause certain effects that would not be capable by a human practicing karate or acupuncture.

Once in combat, Wukong is able to call upon his Kings Crown, a crown made of light which seems to float around the 'crown' of his head, this is merely cosmetic however.

Perks of Magic

Enlightenment: Wukong can enter a state known as 'Enlightenment' which causes his Golden aura around his body to flare up intensely which will fill himself with his Heavenly Chi, empowering him further than his normal state. This empowers his Strength, Precision, Endurance, Agility and Speed by a percentage based on the rank of the character. (D: 10%, C: 15%, B: 20%, A: 25%, S: 30%, SS: 40%, X: 50%.) Much like the increase in stats that Wukong gains, the duration of Enlightenment is dependent upon rank as well, (D: 2, C: 3, B: 4, A: 5, S: 5, SS: 6, X: 7 posts and the duration of the cooldown will be equal to 5 posts longer than the duration. Current rank (SS): 11 posts CD.)

In this state, Wukongs blue eye's with black crosses in them burn to red eyes with black crosses in them.

Weaknesses

Heavenly Chi focus's on strengthening the users body, this means that, while Heavenly chi does have ranged type of attacks, it is mostly for use in close quarters combat, fighting opponents who are more focused around long range and evasive types of combat are usually at least a bit of a struggle if the user of this magic is not able to close gaps easily between him and his opponent(s), this magic also has no elemental strength over other elements. Several spells within the Heavenly Chi magic require direct contact for the spell to take effect.

Strengths

Heavenly Chi magic is commonly known as 'Fighting Power' for a reason, when one has a powerful Chi they are able to push their body beyond its natural limits allowing its user to become extremely strong in terms of physical prowess. This makes its user an incredible fighter when it comes to physical fights, with added strategy this magic can be extremely dangerous and destructive especially when paired with the right weapons. Using Enlightenment, the user is able to push their body even further by using the full extent of their natural power along with the significant boost of added power from the level of their Chi making them a force to be reckoned with.
